At Fustini’s School of Cooking, learn to master the art of spring cooking with chef Andy Stewart and his two hour interactive Spring Garden Party course. On the menu is truffle asparagus crostini, grilled salmon with garlic rhubarb cream, charred root vegetables, and berries and cream, pound cake croutons, and candied walnuts for dessert. Fustini’s Spring Garden Party takes place on Thursday, April 4 from 12-2PM in Holland. Cost is $65 per person. Each attendee also receives 10% off products purchased the day of the class.
