Our cottages offer the same elevated amenities as our hotel rooms, with a slightly different stay experience for guests who prefer separation from the main inn.

Like all accommodations at The Hotel Saugatuck, the cottages are thoughtfully renovated and include:

• King-size bed
• Private bathroom with shower
• Jason Hydrotherapy tub with Micro-Silk® technology
• Gas fireplace
• Individual climate control

Guests staying in the cottages enjoy all of the same amenities and services as those staying in the historic hotel.

What Makes the Cottages Different

The primary difference between the cottages and the hotel rooms is layout and location.

Cottage stays are ideal for guests who:

• Prefer being slightly removed from the main inn
• Appreciate having no one above or below their room
• Value quieter mornings and evenings with fewer shared walls

Each cottage shares only one wall with a neighboring room, offering a greater sense of separation while still being part of the hotel property.

Outdoor Decks

Each cottage includes an outdoor deck, most enjoyed during the warmer months. Decks face the parking area, main inn, and street. While not secluded, they offer a relaxed place to:

• Enjoy morning coffee
• Spend time outdoors in the sun
• Take in the energy of the neighborhood and do a little people-watching

Important to Know

All cottages, like our hotel rooms, are designed for two adults only, with one king-size bed per accommodation. No additional bedding or alternate configurations are available.
